We must know you are coming in order to provide enough food! It also helps us a great deal if you
register early so we have some funds to work with to create this gathering!
Cost increases for those registering on-site.
Registration
Maximum- We must cap this event at 120 people; therefore, it is important
to register in advance so we can save your spot!

Make
checks payable to RSVP.

Volunteering- All participants are expected to volunteer at least 2 hours during the
event. Volunteering is an important
way to help keep the gathering inexpensive and operating smoothly.

We welcome children at the gathering and encourage them to participate.
Parents with young children are expected to personally help with Child Care.
Let us know if you are bringing your children (if we have enough kids, we
will offer a work-trade position for someone to coordinate the kids in the
afternoons).

It
is not possible to “just pay for meals.” All who plan to attend must
help with the costs
of the gathering and the facilities.
ALL
registrations will be confirmed
by either phone or email, so please be sure to include a phone number
(preferably one with voice mail) or an email address that you will check.
Some unattended “tradeshow”-type table space will be available
to sell your art, crafts, and other wares, etc. Items should be hand-made or
applicable to sustainable living. There
is no charge, but donations are greatly appreciated.
There will also be a table for seed swapping, so please bring
anything you would like to share!
